Production automation

Production line are fully automated 3-in-1 machines.
Data collected and analyzed are made and initiated by DELL real time data managing system.
2 sets CCD detectors can sort out every NG parts which may otherwise pass by manual process. Besides, all production lines are within environment with Temp/Humidity controlled to guarantee quality.

Research and development technology and management system

All products are developed by our tech. team. We also develop our own product brand and IP.
To improved R/D capability we recruit best technical persons from Zherjian and Tianjin university. Wanfen is responsibe for holding annual technical meeting of Ceramic cap. Association and is also responsible for setting product standard.
The operation team of Huiwan are from Taiwan with 20 years of experience. We have complete technical system and nurture new technical engineers.

Technology and Innovation

Powder development:(1) Hi frequency/Low loss product formula. (2) New material to improve quality and cost.
Improvement of Disk technique in Capacitor/Varistor:(1)Concave disk: improve BDV, reduce disk size.(2)Cu electrode: implement sputtering of Cu to improve BDV at hi-temp/hi-humidity environment.
Back-end product assembly technology:(1)Epoxy run-down control: to prevent lead epoxy insert through PCB hole and cause bad.(2)To prevent soldering defect and sort out NG products.(3) In-process real data analysis to effectively control quality.
